You can track you parcel by following the link in your Shipment Confirmation e-mail.
It can take up to 24 hours before you will be able to track your parcel online.It can take slightly longer if there is a weekend in between.

Orders up to € 19,99 = € 3,95
Orders from € 20,- = Free
Orders up to € 89,99 = € 6,95
Orders from € 90,- = Free

Shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage during shipping until the moment you recieved the parcel.If your parcel is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delievery or write a note (if possible) that are accepting a damaged parcel when signing for it.
DHL Parcel & Express are our international shiping partner. Orders are shipped on buisness days (Monday through Friday) only, excluding above public holidays. Delievery times are just indicative due to unexpected delays that could occur with customs etc..

Custom duties and export VAT
Parcels shipped outside of Europe may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the reciept; we have no control over these charges, nor we can predict what they may be.
Custom policies vary widely from county to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our orginal delievery estimates.
Shipments got cancelled
There are a few reasons that can keep us from being able to ship your parcel:
- The items(s) your ordered are out of stock
- You specified a P.O. box or authorized dealer as your delivery address
- You live in a remote area where we can't deliver
- A payment issue might have occured when you placed the order
- Buisness that reship parcels internationally

Promotions and vouchers
Voucher codes can be entered while in your shopping cart or during the checkout proces online. If the voucher code entered is valid, your order ill immediately reflect the discount. Please note voucher codes can be redeemed only once on Touzani.shop, may contain an expery date and cant't be excnahed for cash.
If you return an order purchased with a voucher. the refund qill be applied to a replacing voucher.
Submit your warranty claim with pictures or you defective ietms(s) to setup a retun autorization for inspection.
item(s) purchased at any autorized dealer do have their own particular warranty policy.
Making a return is easy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 14 days of receipt. Use enclosed return form to requesting your return or exchange to trade your item(s) for a different size and/ or colour. This whill help us to process your return quickly. If you would like a different item(s), please use below return process for a refund and place a new order.Returns are only accepted online for item(s) purchased directly from Touzani.shop. If you have purchased from an authorized dealer they must also arrange your return or exchange.
Return process and costs
Affix enclosed free DHL return label over the original shipping label on the parcel and find your nearest DHL Parcelshop drop-off location. The processing costs of your return are € 1.95 and will be deducted from the purchase price.

We will not accept customs charges incurred when returning item(s). All packages must be marked “Goods returned under warranty”. Complete return form and enclose to the return parcel. Affix the return label over the original shipping label on the return parcel. Drop-off your return parcel at a local post office and retain the shipping receipt for your own records.
The exchanged item(s) must be a different size and/ or colour than the returned item(s). If you would like a different item(s), please use above return process for a refund and place a new order
Item(s) must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
All returns should be accompanied by a properly completed return form, which helps us process your return quickly.

A return form should have been send with your orginal order or download below. Fill out the return form with your return reason(s) and insert into your parcel then seal the box
Once we process the return and send you a confirmation email, your refund will be issued to your original payment method as soon as possible. The timeframe depends on the paymnet method.
